"Staff stayed outta your way unless requested and communicated with. Very persistent when you are going to extend your stay and still need to pay. Now to the guest rooms...bedding was horrendous. Stains (brown like burn marks or maybe dried blood) on pillow cases. Burn marks on sheets. King bed sheets don't fit"

"This property was amazing! The outside is beautiful and the inside was immaculate. Our room was the Rose room. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and the amenities that they have available to us including soda, snacks, coffee, and homemade cookies. Nice and quiet stay. Perfect for my husband and I while we visited for a few days in town. Easy access to major highways and towns with restaurants a short distance away."

I felt it was abit over priced for a basic room especially during Reno’s The front desk staff were not very friendly when we checked The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was good with lots of choices.
