Decided last minute to stay in Wauseon. Booked the room and took what was available. The lady at the hotel was lovely and friendly. The room was large and the beds and pillows were comfortable. No complaints.

Stayed two nights from Thursday to Saturday morning. The room was very clean and comfortable, very quiet at night Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub in the late afternoon and again after 10:00pm when it was supposed to be "Adults only" but a number of families did not read the rules ( even though there were posted all over the hotel). Staff eventually arrived and asked families to remove children around 10:15pm as this was also expected to be a quiet down time. Not really a big issue but...

The breakfast was basic. The hot water for tea was cold but the staff noticed and get me hot water right away

Thank you

As usual holiday inn express is great. Rooms have all you need. Comfy beds, fridge, and microwave. Breakfast was awesome. Automatic pancake making machine. Egg white veggie omelette and turkey sausage. Not just bacon as I don't eat pork. Check in and checkout was painless. They have a pool and gym too. Just exactly what i need.

.

Very spacious room. We had the suite with the separate bedroom. Nice layout for traveling with kids. Room was in very good shape. Pool was a good temperature and the facilities were clean. Staff member working the manager reception, morning staff at front desk and breakfast were all extremely pleasant. As other reviews have said there was a point of about 20 minutes where there was no plates which made breakfast difficult and delayed with children.

Good food and quiet area!
