He helped us find the property and met us with a flashlight when we had difficulty.Sent us list of trails and beaches and hints on where to eat and shop.As described, the views were amazing and the house exceeded expectations.We founded a gracious assistant in Sebastian, the cat.Thanks to all in making our vacation outstanding."

"This is a wonderful place. The villa is just as the pictures. My wife and our 2 adult children had a great time. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. We only ate out once for lunch. Tap and Still had wonderful hamburgers, by the way. All other meals were prepared at the villa. My wife swam every morning. The pool is very nice and has a fountain splashing into the pool for a nice water sound. The view is a million-dollar view over the pool. At the front door you can see the north side water.The villa is close to Coral Bay and about an 8-minute drive to Love City Grocery which has a decent selection. Also, the cigarette prices are about 2 cheaper per pack than in Cruz Bay.Maho Bay is the closest beach at less than 10 minutes. The location of the villa makes it easy to visit all the north beaches.Will stay at Bay Rum Breeze when visiting St John again."

"This house is perfect for couples or small families. Rooms are spacious and offer AC. The house overall is beautiful! We did lose power for the first 3 days for about an hour or hour and half which was unfortunate since the house doesn’t have a generator or solar panels. However, we absolutely loved staying at the Sea Palace and would visit again!"
