"This was a great location for us in terms of a nice neighborhood, convenience and privacy. My husband and I stayed for a month & 3 people joined us at one point There was plenty of room for the 5 of us & we could have fit more. The house was tops when it came to being well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The host was the best ever when it came to communications. Her replies often occurred in seconds after an inquiry. Sometimes I wondered if she would read my mind & answer before I asked . We recommend this house for a stay. "

"Communication with the host was amazing. Quick responses, often within 15-20 mins. TOP NOTCH! House was super clean, comfortable and suited our needs for our Boca visit. beds, pillows and towels (plentiful) were good quality. Overall EXECELLENT!Seamless check-in and check-out. Host was very accommodating! Pool and backyard were great. Was a little cool weather and couldn’t use the pool, but it was nice to use the yard and lounge poolside! Sun room was terrific. Large TV and plenty of comfortable seating and overlooking the pool and yard. Stores (Publix supermarket, CVS, Walmart, Walgreens. Starbucks) are really close - a quick drive. Restaurants and shopping close by. Proximity the beach towns (Deerfield and Delray) about 15 mins away. Deerfield has rental sand chairs and umbrellas available (easy!!!!) All in all a wonderful long weekend staying at this house and the West Boca area. "
