The property manager and his helper worked all day to make the golf course fun to play on. His wife had our room all ready when we got there. We have been coming to this motel at the golf course for many years, and we have never been disappointed. This year, the property manager even gave us free golf for being their guests. It was cozy, very clean and had the things we needed for our few days on the Island. Jordan and Eric are amazing, friendly, and caring hosts. It was a great price as well. Realizing we visited near the end of the season I still wasn’t expecting a ‘ghost town’ calling itself a resort. The drinks and food… and the Biergarten were non existent. The clubhouse was locked up with nobody around. The room was cute and clean but there was no microwave or coffee maker as promised. The view from the window onto the private patio was a weed-surrounded pump house. Very disappointing considering what you charge for the room. We reserved the room for two nights but left after the first night. Won’t be back ##### William L. The course is very playable with the upgrades and grounds repairs that are in process. Room was very clean and convenient with the parking area. We met other golfers and the property manager family.
