    - has access to house without stairs, and walk in shower for those experiencing difficulty with movement or stepping over tub.
    -sleeps 10 guests comfortably (3 queen beds, 4 twin beds)
    -1.4 miles from Ballston metro stop

    This single-family corner house offers 5 bedrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the entire house and kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Huge, fenced patio with matured trees and a beautiful yard to enjoy and a 4 car oversize, private driveway. Conveniently close to Virginia Hospital Center, Ballston Metro, and Ballston Quarter Mall.

    We have an in-law suite with desk, queen bed, tv, and walk in bathroom/shower with guard rails for support. Perfect if there are those that do not want to deal with stairs.

    Guests will have entire home to themselves during their stay

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
If you like wolf spiders in the basement and ants in the kitchen, no ice maker, grass almost knee high, never given the access code to get in from the host until I contacted them on arrival, curtains/blinds that do not cover the windows then by all means rent this place.Numerous issues of which the host admitted were issues and none that he could have corrected on the night of our stay. We left asap in the morning....Will not be back to this property or any others that are listed with this host.
