"This is our second visit to the Cornerstone Inn and we’ll come back again if we’re in the area. It’s a quaint, clean, well appointed hometown hotel. There are only 7 rooms, we’ve stayed in #3 both times. They offer a basic continental breakfast, nothing special. There is a coffee shop next door at street level. There is also an underground bar that’s cool in the basement (the W Down Under) with limited food offferings. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Lots of unique shops in the area. The hotel is old but VERY clean, high ceilings, big windows, ann old brick building. Cool. "

The staff were consistently helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was ideal—it made getting to and from various softball fields quick and easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area, especially for sports tournaments or family trips! "

"The views are incredible. I loved looking out onto the river in all directions and at night the moon light shimmered on the water. I enjoyed watching the tow boats and barges, people kayaking, and the wildlife. I saw a pelican - how cool was that. The hosts were awesome too, with friendly and informative communication."
