« My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either. »

« The room was clean, bed comfortable, pillows decent. The fridge, microwave, TV and AC worked. The bathtub was a bit uncomfortable and on the smaller side, but there was ample hot water. The sink was slow to drain in my room. The place was pretty quiet. The pool is closed and the continental breakfast pretty basic. The waffle machine was broken and no protein sources offered. The food was the same options each day and the muffins stale. The mini bagels got stuck in the toaster. Very limited...

« Hotel très mal tenu. Très très sale. Tout est cassé, abîmé. Le ménage n'est pas bien fait des cotons tiges sales traînent sur le sol. Moquette et couvre lit sales. Crasseux, miteux. En travaux en plus partout des ordures trainent. Une honte surtout ne vous arrêtez pas ici. Petit dejeuner immonde, dégoûtant.... Jamais vu un Hôtel aussi répugnant. »

« Expedia mis-labeled our room, so quite the surprise when our king suite that “sleeps 5” only had a queen bed with no pull-out sofa. Front desk was very helpful switching our room to a double queen right away. Clean room and decent breakfast. »
