"Close to high school reunion "

"My book club stayed here for a long weekend, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Our only complaint was that we didn't have more time! Overall, the house is perfect for a large group. The hot tub was nice and the dock was in great shape - plus they provided lots of floaties, chairs, and towels. The kitchen was one of the best I've seen in a rental - there were lots of tools and utensils. I do wish there would have been more large bowls, because we only found one which we had to wash for nearly every meal. Some things to note: There's not much phone signal (at least for T-Mobile, which impacted my ability to contact the host because they texted rather than going through the app), but there is fast wifi. A few of the beds are a little stiff, but there are plenty of pillows and blankets. The upstairs got a little warm, even though we had the AC on, but there are multiple fans that helped. The walk to the dock is short but very steep, so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend!"

"This was like staying with close friends. Comfortable, clean and cozy place. Owners stayed upstairs but was never a distraction. Super friendly hosts who wanted to ensure our needs were met. They accommodated our boat parking too. Would certainly recommend this place and we plan to return."

"Upon entering the house, you notice how good it smells. It's small, cute, cozy, and has the best closed in back porch that is air conditioned for those hot days. The back porch overlooks the lake and you get to catch the absolute perfect sunset! The owners were always so quick in responding to any messages and booking was a breeze! They also thought of everything you might need that you might have forgot (tooth brushes, shampoo/conditioner, snacks if you're getting in late and need some food, a pack n play, air mattress, lots of towels, etc). Highly recommend."

"Absolutely peaceful getaway! We spent the night here for a quiet, unplugged, & peaceful getaway and it did not disappoint. The house was fresh and spotless clean and not overwhelmed with artificial plug-in deodorizers (like many are). While there is a big TV and plenty of movies & games, we literally sat on the screened in porch and enjoyed the view until the sky was dark and again at sunrise. The bird-watching was amazing, we saw a variety including bald eagles. This place goes on our list for a return visit for sure! The only negative was what I’m assuming is well water. Bring your own drinking water & we limited our hot water use. This was not enough to outweigh all of the wonderful perks this property has to offer.
