"Lovely home just outside Sawyer chosen as a ‘meet in the middle’ location. Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive….we didn’t need anything but had a few simple questions regarding whether or not something was available with the house. "

Great set up for lounging in the backyard around the firepit, playing games on the screened in porch, and hanging on the front porch with a book and/or drink. Easy walk to the beach to watch the sunset, and great location for visiting all the area has to offer. "

"Everything was amazing, from start to finish! We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 14, ranging from 1yr old to 70. The property is enormous and well maintained, and it was great for everyone to have plenty of space to spread out, yet also have a number of large, comfortable gathering spots. It's also less than 10 minutes from several nice beaches, a fruit market, a butcher shop, and tons more. The location is *chef's kiss*!The pool is absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean, with lots of chairs for lounging. It was great to have laundry access for keeping towels clean and dry -- and they even provided a TON of plush beach towels, which was a very welcome surprise! In fact, there were a number of thoughtful touches, including a welcome basket with snacks and all the makings for s'mores! The big fire pit was stocked with more wood than anyone could go through in an entire summer, too!We received a thorough tour of the property by the owner when we arrived, and it was so exciting -- and refreshing -- to be shown all the fun things we could do, rather than just a list of "Don'ts" like most other properties. When we couldnt find the pack-n-play, Tim was quick to assist!The hot tub is huge and wonderfully deep, which made for several relaxing evenings. The kitchen is a dream -- it had every pot, pan & utensil we could possibly need, and having 2 fridges was so helpful for storing our massive amount of groceries. I could go on & on! Looking forward to returning next year! "

"Soft clean bed, clean towels, close to a couple restaurants. Would return. Did not use the kitchen appliances, so do not know how they worked. For a budget rental, this was good."

"Great property and checked all of our boxes. Stayed two weeks and explored all of SW Michigan. Right next to the lake and close to all the towns that you will want to check out in the area. Highly recommend Adam and Carla’s house!!!"

"Property was beautiful. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could want. Beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas were also available, which was great. Just a few minutes from Warren Dunes and Weko Beach, then 20 minutes to St. Joe. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids. The boys were excited to see the game room, and enjoyed playing with the beach toys from the shed. The only problem we had was the downstairs shower was not working. Bath did work, so we used that downstairs, and upstairs for a shower. No problem. The boys are asking if we can come back again."
