« New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. « Grande chambre propre et rénovée. Grande salle de bains avec grand comptoir. Beaucoup de serviettes. Réfrigérateur, micro-onde, séchoir à cheveux, ascenseur, chariot à bagages. Matelas confortable. Excellent wi-fi. Personnel courtois. Facile d'accès: près de l'autoroute. L'hôtel est situé dans un parc industriel. Bon petit-déjeuner: pain, céréales, gaufres, yaourts, pommes, bananes... Petit irritant: la clé de la chambre était sans cesse démagnétisée ( des qu'on sortait de la chambre). »

« The staff was very friendly. We came to breakfast shortly before it closed and the attendant wanted to make sure we were able to have whatever had been available, even if it meant she would need to make more. The staff works very hard to make this a great place to stay! »

« The rooms at the property need to be updated. The pool was not clean. The towels are very small. However, breakfast was nice with different options available. Snacks were available for a reasonable price. It appears as though the new owners are trying to update the property. The exterior has had many updates and the interior common areas have been updated. « L'emplacement est le principal atout de l'hôtel selon moi. Les chambres mériteraient un coup de jeunesse. Mais ce qui nous a le plus déçu c'est qu'il était indiqué dans le descriptif la présence d'une blanchisserie (en général 1 ou 2 machines à laver et même chose pour les sèches linges)...et en fait il n'y avait rien. Or nous faisions un road trip et comptions sur cette étape pour faire une lessive. Enfin le petit-déjeuner comptait des avis fabuleux, il était très banal, rien...

The place smelled or weed and cigarette smoke (it's a NON-smoking), What ever the staff was cooking smelled so heavily of curry and was very off putting... the carpet was stained, filthy and smelled like mildew... « 97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :( »
