« Simple maintenance like fixing closet shelves/racks to be able to use and knows on the stove should have been addressed prior to renting room. Front office unavailable and not equipped to handle issues when they arise. Facility should offer a 'Cart' for moving in/out efficiently, not a laundry basket on wheels. Small changes could reflect big difference. »

« The room was grossly dirty. I took pictures and shared with the desk the minute l checked in but was told that cleaning is once a week. When the lady came to clean 7 days later, she spent 5 minutes removing trash and sweeping part of the floor. She didnt change the linen or exchange the towels - company policy. This is not a hotel or motel, its a dormitory. »

« Great downtown apartment concept. Clean simple two bedroom arrangement was perfect fo me out stay. Immaculate. Will definitely look up Cozy Suites again in other locations. »

« The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

« The property was great and spacious with all the necessities shampoo, conditioner, extra towels, blankets and pillows, laundry and dish soap. The only issue is being directly across the medical facilities, there were many ambulances and other emergency vehicles including helicopters, throughout the night making it very hard to sleep soundly. »

« Dust bunnies everywhere, random blood stain on upstairs bed and the whole bathroom upstairs leaks water bad. It started storming on the 4th of July so we came back to the condo finding it raining in the upstairs bathroom that got all of are items soaked that was in the restroom. This could be a good place of fixed up and someone actually took care of it before someone arrives. »

« Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door. »
