"Cute little place close to Cooper Mountain where we skied. Leadville is a charming town also. Plenty big enough for my daughter and me. There are a couple minor things I'd change/improve - the door doesn't seal properly, I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower, and there was a humming/vibration that kept me up when I woke up during the night (I'm a light sleeper). We really enjoyed the tiny house and would come back again. Thank you!"

"The hotel was simply okay. The heater was really loud and cycled so much at night you couldn't hardly sleep. The little coat rack was ripped out of the wall on one side, and there was unfinished drywall above the shower where they must have made a repair and never finished it. The continental breakfast they had was a waffle, cereal, and toast. Hardly a typical continental breakfast. "

"The room was great. Staff was great. Super quiet when we were there. What was the lobby was a fun spot to hang out in with games, couches, and a fire place - plus it was in a small store with fun clothes and other stuff for sale."

"The room was great, really loved the old furniture and art. The coffee stand was operational, so was able to get espresso in the lobby (but free coffee was also available right outside our door). And, with the restaurant right downstairs, we rarely needed to leave the building. We were there for a ski day at Cooper, so very convenient for that."

"Love this cabin in the woods. Seen foxes and many other wildlife. The fire place is just stunning. Big kitchen space. Cozy warm living room and bedroom. Highly recommended to anyone looking to do snow sports at Brek or if you’re just needing time away from the city. "

"Master bath toilet won’t fill up. Needs new guts. Master bed was really loose had to tighten the bolts for the brackets. Also the dining table needed tightened legs were really loose. Other than that it was good. Had a great time. Also need to get information on a more timely manner for check in and check out. "
