Comfortable accommodations and great communication from the host. Neighbors are nearby, but overall neighborhood is so vast and remote that you forget you aren't entirely alone out there. The map app I used got me there with correct turns, mileage, etc., but some of the road names didn't entirely match or changed names as the roads turned. So an actual old-school printout of the map might be helpful for guests to bring along, since cell service is very spotty once you leave the main highways. No complaints, though. Just make sure to confirm the lockbox code before you leave so you can get in. The views are beautiful and there is very little traffic or noise from anything other than nature. This is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. We made use of the fire pit and the hammock.
