"The main part of the hotel looks nice, but has a very strong air freshener fragrance. The room we stayed in was not cleaned terribly well. There was compacted dirt in the corners by the bathtub, shampoo drippings on the tub and while checking for bedbugs, there was a massive stain on the mattress ( looked like blood) but not on the mattress cover or other bedding and no bugs (whew). There was a musty odor in the room that was irritating for allergies. Not a horrible stay, certainly not the worst, but not great either."

"Hotel and staff were excellent. Hotel was a bit stark outside (lacked any welcoming landscaping, no flowers or shrubs) but it’s all about the stay inside. Staff was professional and polite, lobby clean but odd furniture. Weird high sided couches. Again, all about the room. Room was on third floor, clean and quiet with two queen beds. Beds were comfy, TV large, but the floor was sticky. Bathroom was pleasant, until I took a shower the next morning. It was a walk-in shower, no tub. Turning on the shower was a bit tricky, as you had to open one glass door towards you and reach around the other, fixed glass door to reach the faucet thingy. You get blasted by the shower head immediately, and soaked. It took a full minute to get any hot water. Once you stepped in the shower, you were pummeled by water that came out like a firehose. Not my idea of a peaceful shower. Other than that, the hotel was fine. I would probably stay there again."

"We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed. My wife was pregnant so she was physically nauseous due to the smells and we had to leave. Management promised us a refund, but later the story changed and we still had to pay for 2 nights even when we were there less than 3 hours."

"Day of my stay there was a seminar of some sort with kids. Zero control. Screaming, running, loud, at breakfast no manners and unfortunately staff allowed it all. They were the important guests but us that just wanted a peaceful night could not. Just for informational, the pillows are absolutely horrendous as well."
