« The pool was out of service with no notice. The toilet seat was broken. The shower leaked. The staff was not very knowledgeable upon check-in. The manager was hard to contact about reserving the conference room. Multiple messages left with no response until two days before we arrived for our 4 night stay. »

« Rooms are getting old and need improvements. Paid through Expedia then charged $4.89 additional at check in for parking lot maintenance. Breakfast okay, nothing special. Elevator sounds like you are going to get stuck. Prices are high for the quality. »

« We came for just a night away with the kids. They enjoyed the pool, it was just the right size for them to have fun & we could keep an eye on them the entire time. The rooms were clean-ish, but you could tell housekeeping got in and out, random smudges on the walls, some leftover crumbs from other guests.. not the end of the world.. but definitely not the cleanest place. We did have a plumbing issue around 10pm, the tub faucet broke and the water was continuously running. We did have to move...

« The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool was clean, hit tub was warm, not really hot. The room for the most part was clean. The overall hotel, room, hallways, stairs need to be thoroughly vacuumed. The elevator was very dirty. I know they are doing some painting and maybe the new GM ( which was very very nice to talk to) will have it cleaned up. »
