« We were in town for a weekend wedding and this was the perfect spot to lay our head down. This is close to Covington square and is a quick walk which is great if you're a vampire diaries fan. The house is small but was perfect for us as a couple and has everything you need. It was decorated tastefully and the neighborhood was quaint and beautiful. We will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Covington »

« Conditions were not as expected. Property is old and needs much improvement on the exterior and interior. Guest bathroom water did not get hot. Host was informed of many details to include pest. One TV had to be plugged out and back in each time for it to power on. Stains left on bedding in the maste suite including the pillow...this property could be enjoyable with attention to detail and upgrades »

« This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee...

Je me suis présenter le 2e soir pour prendre possession de ma chambre. « Host was good with communication and was generous with pet policy (we had 3 cats). In unexpectedly cold weather for the region, he offered space heaters and alternatives if power went out. House was a good size for our needs and easy to find. There was some loud music next door several evenings, but neighbors nodded and said hello if we passed them. »

« The air conditioner was noisy, old and not adjustable. The air was musty. The fragrance in the room was overwhelming. The breakfast was not well stocked and staff was rationing servings. The sausage served did not taste good and smelled old. I could not eat it. The property does seem updated, but still an old facility just covered up. »
