"The property was listed as a NO PETS ALLOWED on their website. This is one of the main reasons we booked a night’s stay here. We don’t have pets, nor do we want to stay in places that are pet friendly if it can be helped. So to our surprise there was a dog in one of the rooms down the hall from us! When we brought it to the attention of the desk clerk the next morning she admitted they knew about it and it was okay because the dog owners had paid an extra fee! Why not be upfront and honest in your website information and say pets are allowed for a fee? We won’t be staying here again, not because of the dog, but because of the misleading information on your website. Also it would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub were out of order. On the positive side, it had a beautiful view. "

"I don’t usually leave reviews but our stay was NOT acceptable. We stayed one night and got very little sleep. After going to bed we heard pounding above us and something hit our window. I called the front desk and was told they were doing maintenance above us on the roof. I explained how loud it was and the extension cord kept hitting our window. I was told it was scheduled to end at 2:00am, as if that made it ok that it would only last a couple more hours. We were then woken up by housekeeping at 9:00 to see if we had checked out yet. Also no conditioner in my shower or my daughter’s room. When I spoke to the front desk at checkout I asked about how full the hotel was. I was told there were other rooms available but they couldn’t have changed our room as we booked through Expedia. Unacceptable!"
