"The breakfast was pretty good…for a continental breakfast , it was fine…had variation of items, so was fine. Parking was just fine, too"

"We have traveled for 10 days, and this was the least satisfactory of all the hotels we visited. The breakfast selection was extremely minimal, and the fresh fruit in the basket was past being fresh. The rooms appeared clean and recently painted. There was significant room for improvement in daily maintenance. We had only one bath towel for the entire room, although there were plenty of hand towels. The shower Gel container was completely empty. This hotel is one of the more expensive options in the area, but it did not meet expectations. We were disappointed with the management of this location and found the management lacking. All said the person who checked us in was friendly and had a great personality."

"Property was unprepared. Host admitted that even though my reservation was confirmed she thought I was coming in the next day. Fence in backyard was falling down and host knew I was bringing my dog. Fence boards had the pointed end of the nails protruding two inches at three different heights. Very dangerous. Host advertised cocoa, snacks and beverages. None were present and she said they had discontinued snacks and beverages and the ad just hadn't been updated, like it was no big deal that she lied in her ad. Not even an apology. Television options listed didn't work. I sent her a msg on my arrival regarding the fence, she replied with a barrage of six messages before I had a chance to unpack my car, no apologies but lots of excuses. Her husband wasn't there to help, her kid needed shoes, she thought I was coming in the following day, she's a mother of four, the weather had been really wet that winter...I reminded her that I had paid for a accomodations and the service to provide said accommodations and suggested rather than excuses she should compensate for her lack of service.Her reply, which I received at almost 11:00pm, was that if I wanted to find other accomodations, mind you, this in a city with a population of under 1700, she could refund me.This was a truly terrible experience. And trust me, there is a good reason she hasn't provided pictures of the back yard, the house is in a slum."
