UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES  
  
🐾PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.  
  
🐶PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:  
  
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.  
💲PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 + tax per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know at the time of booking.  
  
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.  
CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.  
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.

🪳BUGS: Regular treatments are conducted, but our proximity to farms may lead to indoor bugs. Keep doors closed to minimize this.  
  
🛌BEDS: medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.  
  
📹 SECURITY: A video doorbell is in place on the exterior of the entrance.  
  
❄️ AIR CONDITIONING: A portable AC unit is provided and effective but it isn't quite.  
  
🏘️ BUILDING EXTERIOR: While the interior is tastefully decorated, the exterior is a plain 4-plex. Please refer to listing photos for an accurate depiction.  
🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat between Lakes Basin Village and Joseph and we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).

Nice, clean, well-appointed condo. Close to Wallowa Lake and an interpretive trail. I erred in my dates and they were able to provide me the extra night I needed at one of their other properties on very short notice.

Two-minute drive to Wallowa Lake boat launch and swimming, two-minute drive to Joseph’s Main Street. Very convenient, very clean. Todd is very responsive if you have quest or need anything. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I were relieved that this lovely little condo was available at the last minute! We are an active elderly couple who liked the hikes nearby … but we weren’t so sharp on signing in but Todd, on if the owners helped us right away! W

#### Can’t wait to go back!

We couldn’t have been happier with this place for our Labor Day trip to Joseph. We loved the location - close enough to walk to town and also just minutes by car to the lake. The kitchen was clean and very well-appointed for preparing our meals. We found the beds & bedding quite comfortable. Even though apparently dogs are allowed there was no trace, smell or hair, of dogs at all. Most importantly the owner was promptly responsive to any needs or questions we had. We definitely plan to return to Joseph & will choose this property again.

Many good points: well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean. Living room furniture looked good, but came up a little short in comfort. Great location, walking distance from the delightful , artsy town of Joseph. Minutes away from Wallowa Lake.

This condo was perfect for our family. Close to the beach on the north end of the lake and all the dining options in Joseph. Condo was clean and owner was good at communicating with us. Plan on staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The owners thought of everything from an air purifier to a bug zapper! The place was close to downtown and the lake. It was the perfect place for us.

Traveling with my sister, so it’s nice for each of us to have our own room (no one is stuck on a foldout couch)! I like having a bathtub, so the tub/shower combo was great. (Many places seem to have just a shower.) Clean, comfortable, good location, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed.

Love the pet friendly location. An easy walk to the north side of Wallowa lake, moraine hikes or a quick jaunt to town. This condo is perfectly situated to enjoy the lake or downtown Joseph. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Beds were comfy and we had all we needed for cooking breakfast at home and enjoying dinners out.

Property was very clean & within walking distance of dowtown Joseph, lake & some easy trails. Hosts were very responsive & attentive. They even brought us fresh eggs from their chickens! Definitely recommend!

The condo was fantastic. Great location, very clean, more amenities than I even anticipated. The price was very reasonable. The property manager was very friendly and always willing to help if needed. No complaints from me or my girlfriend and we'd highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to go to the Wallowas!
