"The overall experience was great - it’s a fantastic location, and the room was cute and comfortable! The shower clearly had not been cleaned (5-6 hairs on the floor 😬), but that’s my only complaint. I would stay there again! "

"House staff didn't come in to refresh towels and make up beds. Didn't know that they didn't do this daily. Front desk was friendly on check in. Kitchen staff was just going thru the motions. overall condition of floors and carpets look as if they need a good cleaning. carpets in lobby, hallways and the couch in lobby were very dirty. much dirtier than 6 months ago when we stayed."
