"The air in our room would not go below 76 on the window unit. The wall controller did not have batteries to try and operate it. I told the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. At bedtime, I went to slide into bed and felt something in the bed. It was a pair of dirty socks. I then saw crumbs in the bed as well. I went to the front desk again. The lady apologized profusely and moved us rooms again. When I told the front desk at check-out the next morning, they also apologized profusely. No other form of compensation was ever offered though. "

"Room faced the road and near interstate, so it was always noisy. But if you’re a heavy sleeper it shouldn’t be a problem. "

"The room is not very clean, can tell is very old room, the hallway can see stain everywhere. Wait for check in and check out, I guess they probably short staff. Free breakfast is not exciting at all, very boring. Has a lot of potential but too bad lack of management and quality. "

"We arrived at the hotel only to be approached while unpacking the car by a man asking for money. We noticed he went into the hotel. The person checking us in said he was another guest and they were aware of the issue. We asked for a full refund and found another hotel. The management should have escorted this guest off the property. Safety didn't seem to be a concern for them. Don't stay here."
