"This place is so well constructed and decorated. All the amenities were well chosen and plentiful. The outdoor spaces were just delightful! With a wrap around deck and a screened in gazebo with a big deck— both overlooking the river, it was expansive and peaceful. We had a graduation dinner for our family and everyone had a great time.We got lost on the way in, and our host, Renee, sent her sweet mom to guide us in. We recommend the Chalet to anyone who enjoys the healing presence of water and...

I didn't like the fact that on our anniversary I tried to surprise my wife with a night in Jasper Alberta (Canada). Once we arrived in Jasper Alberta I tried finding our hotel and it kept directing me to Jasper Alabama??? So with a mad panic to try and find another place to stay when every room in Jasper Alberta was full was very frustrating... We had to drive to the outskirts and rent a cabin which was twice the price of the hotel in Jasper( Alabama ??) then spend a hour on the phone trying to...

The room was clean when we arrived, but they didn't clean the room or replenish the the tea/coffee/surgar, etc.
The staff didn't know what a kettle is.
The room TV wasn't working.
Parking was $40/night, which is higher than expected (the whole night was under $200)
The shower was broken; it works, but broken.
It was a good stay, but I will probably go for another option my next time around.
