Whenever I travel to DC I always stay at The Watermark. Tysons corner is perfectly situated and an easy drive to Dulles not to mention the convenient train ride to see the monuments and Smithsonian.

A nice quiet Hotel, away from the city crowds with a short walk to the metro station.
The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Ruby and Sierra at the front desk were a pleasure to talk to.
Only downside was that there wasn't much variety in the breakfast options, which appear to rotate every 3 days.

We were super pleased by the front desk service. When we checked in we found that our room had not been cleaned very well. Before we were able to report it, Sheree from the front desk called to check to see if everything was okay with the room. My wife told her about the issues and Sheree got to work right away and put us into another room. She followed up on everything and made it right in a pleasant and professional manner. The cleaning staff dropped the ball but the front desk picked it up...
