"It wasn't that this place had a bunch of frills. It was that everything was clean. Everything was organized. It was quiet. If you had a question they answered it and the pool was the right temperature and the hot tub actually worked and was hot. You would be shocked. How many hotels even higher end ones that the little things just aren't taken care of and you end up paying for amenities you don't get. We will definitely stay here again"

Joshua checked us in and immediately made the experience feel personal — he asked why we were visiting Columbus, and when I mentioned the Oddities Expo, he seemed genuinely interested and even wrote it down! The staff overall was super friendly, everything was very clean, and the hotel was very affordable. One of my favorite parts was the included breakfast and dinner buffet — such a rare and awesome bonus for families. We will definitely stay here again!"
