"I will recommend this hotel as a place to stay if visiting the area. Everything was exceptional. The only complaint would be the smell of our room. It was obviously a smoking room previously, as soon as you open the door the stale cigarette smoke odor was prevalent. There was a burn in the carpet between the beds as well. Not much aside from renovating the whole room & air ducts would fix that. It is now a no smoking facility, much appreciate that! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean & quiet. It had a nice little balcony, too! I need to give a shout out to the overnight front desk attendant, Faith. What a terrific lady! She went above & beyond. Dealing with all of the concert goers, keeping a friendly demeanor no matter what the circumstances. There were a few of us in the lobby for quite a while, visiting & getting food. She interacted with us & gave advice on delivery options for take out. Faith is definitely an asset to Fireside Inn & Suites Beautiful pool area, indoor & out. Easily accessible. There is shopping close, restaurant & it's within walking distance to the concert venue for those who are able. We had a great trip, I will stay again 😁 "

The interior decor is warm, stylish, and welcoming, which really made us feel at home. Our beds were super comfortable, and we all slept so well. The front desk staff was especially wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, enjoyable stay! "
