Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4 pm on your arrival date and 10 am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides, and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use. Fitness Center use from 9 am-5 pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day per locker. We cannot add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of Itravel Vacation Homes. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if the policy is breached, the pass will be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating Itravel Vacation Homes vacation rental properties. Highly recommend this place - we had 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids/teens) and size of the condo was good, safe complex. Outdoor patio is great with a gas grill. Short walk to beach (with restaurant walking distance). Pool area is clean and shade areas are available. Loved having the beach things like chairs, umbrellas, some snorkeling stuff, beach toys, wagon. Walkable distances to a few restaurants, shops, convenience/grocery store (would rec driving 15-25 min away for a cheaper grocery store if you can). Parking for one car and plenty of guest spots for another spot. You do have access to the Hilton and all the amenities. We went there once but it was pretty crowded - we were there over spring break though. Udeshika and Neftali (property manager) were awesome - both very easy to contact if we had a question. Neftali even sent us a bunch of recommendations for things to do as well! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again. ##### Amy D.
