It is perfectly situated overlooking the Kolea Beach Club, Anaeho’omalu Bay and Hualalai. The African Mahogany trimmed glass panels that form the lanai doors can conveniently be completely tucked away into its pocket, allowing you to experience the feel of the outdoors without ever stepping a foot out of the living area. Utilize the automatic sunshade to tone down the sunlight from entering through the lanai doors via remote or a wall mounted control. The lanai is a glorious spot to take in the beauty of the island, while relaxing on lounge chairs. A table for four here offers seating for casual dining or cocktails. A wet bar set in granite and teak cabinetry houses a sink, outdoor refrigerator and a bbq grill. The twenty seven foot wall to wall span gives the kitchen, dining room and living room a spacious gathering area for the entire family to comfortably stretch out. The pendant lights that gently drop down from the cathedral ceiling, along with recessed dimming lights offer you ultimate control of the lighting settings. The living area is a welcoming room furnished with two plush couches, a leather reclining chair with ottoman, and a large flat screen television with Bose surround sound. The masterpiece of this room is a gorgeous piece of artwork of dolphins, your friendly aquatic neighbors. The master suite has a private lanai and is furnished with a king size bed, massaging recliner and a large wall mounted flat screen television. A large walk in closet provides ample space. The master bathroom has double vanities, double showers and a Roman Tub. The views of the mountain and ocean continue from the suite windows and lanai. The guest suite is furnished with a king size bed and also has a wall mounted television. The guest bathroom has double vanities, a Roman Tub and a shower. A long walk in closet can hold all of your belongings easily. The second guest suite is furnished with a queen bed and flat screen television. This bedroom has its own bath with a travertine tiled shower. A half bath powder room is located in the hall adorned with an elegant copper sink. Unit is incredible, maybe the nicest lanai i have ever seen. Sunsets to die for as you never want to leave. Facilities are very good, spectacular infinity pool. Walk to beach. Lava Lava beach club.
