« Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2...

« We had an amazing time for a family getaway. There was ample room for six adults and two kids to and under the host were great and super accommodating and helpful with helping us to get everything set up so that we were able to enjoy the golf course and the pool we would love to come again »

« Place was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a group of 4 however, I believe it stays 6 people. Only a 5 min. walk to the boardwalk and all the food and shops you can think of. « This was a great condo. The location is terrific. Every evening we watched deer including several fawns, rabbits, and a groundhog munching on the grass outside our sliding doors. The kitchen was extremely well equipped although there are so many good restaurants in Williamsburg that we ate out every night. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which we really appreciated. « Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you »

« Upon entering the building we were greeted by the wonderful "Mighty Quinn" (daytime desk person), who was very genuinely sweet and helpful in all matters during our 2 night stay. The suite was fairly clean (floors need a deep clean) and quite dated. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was wonderful, overlooked our beloved ocean! It was fairly quiet until Saturday night when the music from the restaurant downstairs was loud until about 11 or a little later. Overall it was a decent experience. »
