There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Bed comfortable and full size was fine for me and my husband. Check in was a breeze. Clear instructions for check in and out. Well stocked.
