We would stay again. The water temperature knob did not work in the master bath. Only super hot water came out. I did mention that the grill was not clean, and the pool had quite a bit of beach sand in it.I want to also mention that the small dining area off the kitchen has some signs of moisture buildup on the walls, with possibly mold growth starting. I would also recommend having the caulking redone behind the kitchen sink. It can lead to water damage.I want to reiterate that we were satisfied with the accommodation and would stay again. Contacted property management as soon as we arrived and they had cleaners come back which still left the property unsatisfactory. After two cleans it was evident it wasn't going to get any better. At this point we are in a situation of a nonrefundable vacation that we have no choice but to attempt to enjoy. Went and bought cleaning supplies to make it as clean we could. The property management company then decided to drop off a gift card to an arcade to for our troubles. They dropped this off by entering the locked home without any notice or consent while myself and my teenage daughter were both taking showers. This was beyond unacceptable and honestly violating. After calling them out on this they would no longer reply to messages. I was on this vacation solo with my three children because my husband was unable to come. We no longer felt safe and vacated the premises 4 days early. Property management company has still yet to reply or address their facilities manager entering the property while we were there without any notice or consent. We couldn’t get many tvs to work properly, internet took hours to get working due to incorrect info provided. Speakers mostly don’t even have speaker wire ran to them or power. Dirty wise I wish I could attach photos to this. Other peoples full body hair all over beds after two cleans, overwhelming amount of pet hair all over everything, HVAC filters awful, broken deck boards..I'm out of space, but so much more ##### Amanda D. The pool was a great advantage and walking distance to beach. We had to contact realtor twice. Toilet in master needed new bolts and the wooden decking around the pool was in need of repair or replacing. A person came the next day to fix the toilet but it wasn’t possible to put a bandaid on the decking. Also one day the entry keypad wasn’t working so the battery needed replacing. The pool was the best part. We spent most of our time by the pool because it was very relaxing and good comfortable chairs for lounging and having meals. ##### Mary G. We knew the listing said it was walking distance to the beach, but we had no idea it was this close. The kids didn’t mind walking back and forth from the beach to the house for breaks, more snacks, etc. You are so close to Virginia Beach boardwalk without having the bustle of being in Virginia Beach. I would stay here for every summer vacation from here on out. The house was ready before check-in and we were notified of this through text. We had stayed a few days in Williamsburg prior to coming here, so we didn’t get into the rental early because we were still at the water park, but could have easily left and got in early. The house was clean. There was plenty of space for our three kids to be spread out and not on top of each other. The pool was an awesome bonus. I think the kids spent as much time in the pool as they did at the beach. We brought pool inflatables, but there were plenty to borrow in the garage. There were also a couple beach chairs and bikes. I have raved about this rental to everyone who has asked me how vacation was. This is in one of my top three rentals we have ever stayed in for a family vacation! ##### Amanda H.
