"Whether you are in the area for a horse show or just to enjoy the region, this nice house in the woods is a lovely place to hole up. The owners are great - attentive and responsive - and everything was as expected. This was our second start in this home and we look forward to our third!"

"We enjoyed the house and it was very much what we were expecting. Just one issue, and two comments. There were a lot of ants in the house, large black ones, perhaps a spraying is in order. The outside was a little untidy, it need to be weeded in the front and in the back, especially by the firepit. The bushes by the entry and side of the driveway need to be trimmed back. Parking was very tricky with three suvs. "

"We just had an overnight stay, but it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Loved the big trees out front. Took a little walk down the road, love the country!"
"The home was exactly what I hoped for and the perfect size for my party of 8 people. It had a very comfy vibe and enough chairs to sit around on the couch and watch a movie. The kitchen is also stacked with seasonings, utensils, and equipment which is amazing for cooking dinner. The only complaint would be the lack of care for the backyard. The lawn was not mowed and it was uncomfortable walking through tall grass to the fire pit. Also the master room with the king size bed was lumpy and on the first night we looked under and the bed frame was not installed correctly. Overall good stay! "

"A quirky tiny cabin off the beaten path but in need of some upkeep, e.g. toilet not fully attached to the floor in the Tipi room, water has sulphur smell. We were only there for an overnight stay, and I sent a note once we were home, so hopefully the owners get a chance to fix things up! Pricey for its current condition."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay at the property. The cozy farmhouse is in an idyllic setting with all the amenities necessary to host a large group, for both meals and leisure. Whether we were out exploring the grounds or inside by the fire we had very enjoyable time. The host was accommodating of our pets and we appreciated the easy checkin and check out. She was extremely communicative and made our stay comfortable. We would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat."
