"The Orem-Vineyard LivAway Suites was a clean, and restful break. It was so quiet, and this was on a first floor room, which I normally decline. I was amazed! The room was spacious with lots of storage, and very clean. The bed was a little firm for my preference. I love that pets are allowed and the fees are very fair. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. If you bring your car, the parking is plentiful and easy. The hotel is close to plenty of dining options and I took my pup to two beautiful parks nearby! The one thing they can improve is an area to walk dogs/grass area for pet relief on-site. There is a small patch at the rear of the building, but my dog did not care for it. Overall, I would definitely return!"

"Rooms weren't clean. Beds not made. Mold on the walls and curtain. Didn't give us back the deposit and the rooms were fine when we left. Towels in a pile, blankets on the bed, garbage all picked up and put in the bin. Nothing left laying around and they wont give us back the deposit. The site said they had breakfast, hot tub, and a pool. There was no breakfast, hot tub, or pool and the staff was very rude in letting us know it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone regardless of price because they double it in their refundable fees they dont return to you."

"This is supposed to be an extended stay place. And even tho I only needed 1 night, I found it odd and annoying that there were ZERO in room amenities. No shampoo, soap, lotion, face wipes, hair dryer, nothing. No dishes or silverware. Sparse towels (one per guest). No in room coffee and coffee in the lobby is behind two card keyed doors. Speaking of doors, the doors on these rooms are large and heavy! EVERYTIME anyone in the hallway left their room, you heard the doors slam. All. Night. Long. Someone didn't think that through. My dogs hated it. Lighting was not exactly usable...super bright overheads with no dimmer switch. One switch for all lights. Annoying. 1 lamp for two beds. Minimal if any, plugs, USB ports or charging stations. I did not sleep well here. It was too industrial with cheap finishes. Not cozy nor welcoming. Kinda of a weird place. 😕 Has a cold vacant feel. I would not stay here again.."

"The room was a little dirty. Found a paper plate with syrup upside down under the chair. The blow dryer was barely hanging on the wall. Toilet seat very loose and the sink handle as well. It was good enough for just one night to sleep and then get back on the road. We would not go back."
