"This is the most beautiful hotel we stayed in Sicily. The staff was friendly, attentive and super professional. Our room was beautiful with a nice terrace. The architects/designers did a wonderful job renovating this villa. "

"New, immaculately well kept and operated. This was one of nearly a half dozen properties that I stayed at throughout Sicily, and it is beautiful. I was upgraded for a small charge to the Superior Room which has direct access to the back yard and is slightly larger than the standard room. The owners are hard working and look after every need. The breakfasts were a wonderful selection of Sicilian fare and their olive oil is superb. I actually didn't want to leave and will for sure plan to stay there again. Note that it is in the country and you will have to drive to dinner, shopping, etc., but that is part of the appeal. There is plenty to see in this area. The brand new pool and patio provides a great place to just relax too. "

Highlight of my trip around Sicily

"The hotel is gorgeous, a palazzo right in front of St. John the Baptist. The breakfast rooms are absolutely beautiful, surpassed only by the breakfast, with several made to order items like eggs Benedict. Also the little cannoli, stuffed by the staff right before you bite into them, are to die for. All the staff, on all areas of the hotel, was incredibly helpful and attentive. Will absolutely book again on a return trip, and probably for more days than I did this time around."
