« This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs. »

« The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

« Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. The neighborhood is great, walked to the park several times while in town. I did not use any of the kitchen amenities, so I can't speak to that. There was a...

« Cute pet friendly condominium with one bedroom perfect for our stay to evacuate from Hurricane Milton on the West Coast. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the beautiful pool and sauna on the fifth story! Maybe next time! »

« Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Boca Raton. Beautiful condo in perfect condition and very clean. The host is wonderful and communication was always prompt, friendly and helpful. Great location! Beach is directly across the street, really nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive, golf course beside the condo building. We will definitely book again and also recommend the property to our friends and family! Exactly as advertised … thanks for making our stay so memorable! »

« I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . »

« We were very impressed, great facility, extremely clean and well-maintained. The onsite staff ( front desk and valet parking) were very helpful and flexible. We were in the area for a family birthday and we told everyone what a find this property is. »
