We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. There were several things broken (like a door). Prior ratings were "5" and we truly find this impossible. We wasted an incredible amount of money and the owner was unwilling to refund anything (understandably, that is the policy, but this was misrepresentation). So upsetting and disappointing. ##### S G. Our stay was awesome. The apartment was nicely furnished and the bed was so comfy. The outside was great, large manicured trees for shade with a constant breeze. We could walk to the Lagoon that was beautiful and walk to the beach. The neighborhood was safe, pleasant and so much fun. You can walk to Lake Ave that had so much entertainment and restaurants.
