"Our family recently stayed at Susan's home in Wellington, Florida, and it exceeded every expectation. We were in Florida due to a death in the family, and Susan's kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a difficult time much easier. She provided everything we needed and made us feel completely at home.The backyard is absolutely incredible! The pool area is a private oasis that every family member fell in love with. Visitors never wanted to leave, and several relatives staying elsewhere were jealous of our accommodations. Between the beautiful landscaping, bird bath (which I happily filled each day), and the lizards running around, it felt like a magical little paradise.The home's layout was perfect for our family, with three bedrooms on one side and a separate bedroom suite on the other. It gave us the option to spend time together or enjoy some privacy when needed.The neighborhood was unbelievably quiet. We didn't hear traffic, neighbors, or any noise all week. It was peaceful and relaxing. The location was also incredibly convenient, with a grocery store right beside the neighborhood for easy access to food and supplies.Susan is an exceptional host, and her property is truly special. We will definitely be back, and several family members are already talking about booking future stays here. Thank you, Susan, for making our time in Wellington so comfortable and memorable."

"Our stay was okay. I wasn't aware of the chicken coop right next door. Roosters crowing very early. The neighborhood seems a little rough to me. This is a quad Plex. The two homes right next door seemed to be empty with two abandoned wrecked car with flat tires. I have to say I didn't feel real safe staying here. Also didn't feel safe to leave my dogs here so had to take them with us which effected where we could go. The kitchen is not equipped with anything so make sure you bring your own coffee and staples. We ended up leaving early. Renter beware."

"Our Hostess Tracey was amazing. We were welcomed with snacks and champagne, even some hard lemonades in the fridge. It was clean and the AC was cold. Just what we needed. A great place for the proximity to the concert venue. We had a hard time with the code and she answered right away!"

"Everything was clean and tidy. The landscaping was beautiful. The pool was great. Great communication with the owner. The pool needs handles but other than that it was a beautiful place to stay. If traveling with kids or having them over is great because of all the toys that were there especially for toddlers. I told my daughter not to bring anything because there was plenty there for her toddler. Big enough to have family visit and enjoy. Will definitely book again. The boys liked the gym. Played many games of darts with my grandson."

"The biggest issue for me was the AC. The bedroom stayed somewhat cool, but the living room was unbearably hot and there were no AC controls available. I even messaged the host because I genuinely thought something was wrong, but unfortunately there was no real solution and I just had to deal with it.The host was kind and responsive, but the overall setup was confusing at check in and the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night. The unit also had some cleanliness issues including dishes that did not seem fully clean, a dirty oven with poor ventilation, and I unfortunately found a dead roach near my suitcase before leaving.For the price, I personally wish I had just stayed at a hotel instead and ended up checking out a day early."
