Great location for our needs
The unit itself was very clean but not in the best condition, The bathroom drains in the sink and shower were extremely slow. The clock on the wall was non functional, the trim and molding in the unit was seperating from the wall, the refrigerator did not sit properly in the cabinet and the door to the unit itself did not close properly. The matress on the bed was well worn. Also the common areas were not maintained, cigarette butts on the floor, the rug-floor mat was deteriorating, creating a tripping hazard. There was also a misunderstanding regarding the billing. We contacted the office regarding these issues. The manager for our unit was not available, no one returned our call. However three days later, most of the issues were addressed. On the positive side, the AC worked flawlessly. It was 95F when we were in Vienna. Common laundry was also very helpful, we were there for 18 days. The unit is right on the Rochusmarkt subway stop, one stop away from the airport express train and near Wienmitte transit hub and also within walking distance of grocery stores ad a few restaurants.
