### Studio near Schönbrunn

Welcome to our apartment, ideally located between the historic Schloss Schönbrunn and the bustling Westbahnhof railway station. The apartment/studio has a room with double bed, dining/working area, TV and chairs. There is a small kitchen in the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.  
  
The studio is located in a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900\. The Apartment has 31 m² and is optimal for up to 2 persons. The room includes a kitchen, dirning area, TV and chairs and a double bed.  
Near from the apartment (same floor) is a separte room for washing machine (only for this apartment).  
  
\*Cleaning Policy:  
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.  
  
\*Extra Services:  
In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the reservation page.
