About this property
Small apartment in Vienna-Hernals
- The apartment is located in a typical old Viennese residential building—built around 1900 (1st floor with elevator).
With approximately 40 m², the apartment is suitable for up to 2 people. It is equipped with a double bed, a sofa, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). The bathroom has a tub, sink, and washing machine; the toilet is separate.
Public transportation—from the apartment to the city centre:
The “Rosensteinstraße” tram stop is 5–6 minutes away (450 m). From there, Line 43 runs very frequently to Schottentor in the city centre (8 stops, 12–15 minutes). At Schottentor, there are also numerous transfer options (to the opera, around the Ring, etc.).
