appartement tout rénové, proche du métro , Idéal

type d'appartement idéal pour court séjour , bien placé tout en étant à l'écart du centre mais d'acces facile (1/4 H Max). un peu bruyant le matin entre 7h et 09H00 pour ceux qui dorment dans la pièce principale du fait qu'elle borde une avenue très fréquentée. Rapport qualité /prix très intéressant pour 4 p.

地下鉄から近く、移動に便利なアパートメント

ウィーンに滞在した経験は数回ありますが、今回のアパートメントは地下鉄から歩いて5分以内で、空港からの移動もトランクを持ってすぐにチェックインできるのは、長旅の疲れを癒すには最適な宿泊施設でした。部屋も2部屋に分かれており、2家族で気兼ねなく過ごせました。洗濯機は新しく何度も使用。コーヒーメーカーから電気ポットも揃っており、ウィーンの食材を使った料理とワインで楽しい食卓を囲みながら会話も弾み、素敵な旅の思い出を作ることができました。メンバー全員がウィーンを満喫した旅となりました。ウィーンを訪れる際は、是非同じアパートメントに宿泊したいです。ただ、到着後、事務所に電話をしましたが、スタッフが鍵を持って到着するまでのやり取りが、なかなか上手く行かず、到着が夕方で一瞬不安になりました。

Einchecken ist etwas umständlich, da man auf jeden Fall vorher anrufen muß, damit jemand kommt, um einen beim ersten Mal bei der Tür hereinzulassen und die Miete zu kassieren. ACHTUNG: Daß die Miete nicht automatisch über Expedia abgebucht wird, geht weder aus der Buchungsbestätigung hervor noch vom entsprechenden Folgemail des Vermieters. Der Platz selbst aber ist super, man spaziert am Ring entlang und ist in 15-20 min mitten in der Innenstadt, in unmittelbarer Nähe Apotheken, Restaurants, Bars und auch Supermärkte. Einziger Schwachpunkt: die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Ringstraße; bei einem Nickerchen tagsüber macht sich ein vorbeischießender LKW dann natürlich bemerkbar

Señora maleducada y costo adicional por limpieza

El apartamento es moderno y grande, con las comodidades necesarias para una corta estancia. Pero tuvimos dos problemas con este apart. La primera es la entrega de las llaves. Como no tienen recepción hay una persona que va a entregártelas. Tenes que agendar un horario y te espera en el apart para que le pagues y te deja las llaves, nuestro problema fue que en el horario pactado tocamos timbre y no atendió nadie, entonces nos fuimos a buscar un lugar para cargar el celular porque se nos había quedado sin batería para llamarlos. Como jo fuimos Exito volvimos al apart a esperar y nos encontramos con una señora muy malhumorada, retándonos medio en alemán medio en ingles. Le explicamos la situación y seguía tratándonos mal! Me pregunto, quien es el cliente? Segundo problema, el apart te cobra aparte 35euros por supuesta limpieza inicial. Eso no debería estar incluido en el costo final? No, no es así....ellos argumentan que en la página solo te informan el precio del apart sin la limpieza inicial... Otra trampa! Les recomiendo asegurarse bien con el precio, para que termina siendo caro y está alejado de, centro, si bien a 4 cuadras esta el metro, no termina siendo funcional si vas a Viena por pocos días.

Good apartment, more attention to cleaning needed

This apartment is reasonable for the price. It is within 20 minutes walking downtown, and 3 minutes walking to the subway station. The apartment furniture is new and modern. Also, my apartment was very big, around 80 m2. Nevertheless the stay could have been better. When I arrived there (At around 4pm) it wasn't clean. That's fine, happens sometimes. Now, when I arrived back, the cleaning was not ideal: hairs on the (I hope) new sheets and sticky stuff on the chicken floor. Additionally, what it was supposed to be the main bedroom, which is also the kitchen and living room, also has the heater machine. And for some reason, though I wasn't using the heating system nor the hot water, it kept turning itself on, all the time. That disturbed my sleep, so I when to sleep to the other room which courtains do not block the light, so I was waking at 7 am every morning (not good for very long working days as I was having). On top of that, the heater stopped working the second day. If I wouldn't have some knowledge about heaters, I would have to take a cold shower in the morning. I knew how to fix, it took me two minutes, but I don't think everyone does. Bottom line here is: the aparment is good, spacey, reasonable price, but they should have it in better conditions and better cleaned before handing the keys to the new tenant.

Good apartment

The apartment is a very good choice for staying in Vienna. It is very well situated, just 3 blocks from the metro station in a quiet neighborhood but with all the services you may need (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). I didn’t like the key handover procedure. Nobody was waiting for us and we had to call to the contact number and then they gave us some directions how to enter to the apartment. They should know that if you are traveling you have to use international roaming which is very expensive. In my case I have a contract with no limit but I was the only one in the group with that type of cellphone contract, if I wasn’t there I don’t know what had happened because they dindt tell us in advance that we must call them when we reach the place. Apart from that everything was great and I will recomend this place to my friends.

Horrible check in system, otherwise good stay

All the information that was provided to me via called the check in process a "key handover" so I assumed that someone would be meeting us at the apartment. It was written in the FAQ that we needed to provide an exact time of arrival, so again, I thought someone would be coming to meet us. So we planned our day around getting to the apartment spot on time. However, when no-one arrived, I called the phone number. I only have an international sim, so this was a very expensive phone call! Especially since some instructions had to be repeated as it was hard to understand the receptionist. Turns out, there was a lock box with the key in it, and they just had to give me the code. This SHOULD have been EMAILED in the instructions so I didn't waste time and an expensive and confusing phone call. Then they tell me that someone would collect the cash payment between 8:30 and 10am the next day. Again, I should have been informed upfront! However, when we finally got into the apartments, it was lovely. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Really comfortable beds, and the location was ok as well. I really enjoyed the stay in the apartments, but the service and communication at the start was terrible.

Gut ausgestattet aber schlecht isoliert!

Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, wirkt etwas kühl und ungemütlich. Der Wohn- und Schlafraum ist großzügig dimensioniert. Die Matratze sehr weich, nicht meine Sache! Da sich das Appartment im Erdgeschoss befindet ist der Geräuschpegel vom Treppenhaus und der Hauptstraße z.T. Sehr hoch. Schlechte Isolierung. Man kann die Passanten auf der Straße trotz geschlossener Fenster reden hören. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 2 Tagen hat es trotzdem seinen Zweck erfüllt. Gut funktionierendes WLAN. Service war einwandfrei.

Excellent location-it is a little out of the city but really convenient for underground and this is also reflected in the price. Apartment clean and has everything you need. Vienna is a great place to visit. Be aware that there is a service charge attached on top of he nightly fee- we hadn't read the small print!! We were only there 2 nights so this felt a bit expensive however if we had known about it before we would have budgeted for it better. Would recommend this apartment.
