The apartment has 60m² - 2 rooms and was recently lovingly and retro-trendy renovated. It offers space to relax and an active, creative experience of the city. This district is one of the most popular in Vienna. The Prater recreation area can be reached via the bridge in 5 minutes.
The living room

The apartment studio with the name LAER consists of 2 cozy, retro-styled rooms with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilet to offer you a comfortable, beautiful, very centrally located home in Vienna - with a bench in front of the door in the middle of the street. Modern infrared panels create soothing warmth even in the cold season.

The kitchen is very small, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle with a hot plate and only little equipment for cooking.
Dishes etc are of course included. Dishwasher available.

Access for guests

All rooms are only for you to use - not to be shared with anyone, you are / you are alone in this apartment studio.
Ground-level access on the street side with 1 small steps, the apartment can be used by people with walking difficulties. However, the toilet is not wheelchair accessible.

Interaction with guests

We, your host family, live very close to the apartment and are always available if you need help.

Other important information

Super comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) with 7-zone mattress, a single bed (100x200 cm) in one room. If necessary, we can also provide 2 single bed airbeds (100x200 cm), which is set up in the 2nd room.

Please notify the bed request (double or single) when booking.

Large dining table (100x120 cm) + 6 chairs, a couch, coffee table and comfortable lounge chair are also included. Kitchen with dishes, glasses, 1 hotplate, sink, dishwasher, espresso machine.

With the HD projector you can log in with your computer.

The rooms are always alternately designed by artists, so it can be that you find fresh works of art.

The apartment is booked as an art gallery and there are always exhibitions. Thus, the exhibited pictures can always change, contrary to the photos published on AIRBNB.

Long-term bookings (students) in summer are possible. Universities are all close and easy to get to.

We can also provide bicycles.
