Our designer self catering vacation rental has been newly renovated with air-condition and finds its self next to Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenberg-platz and Ring Street in a very prime and safe embassy district in Vienna.

Our apartment has a modern interior. Modern bathroom with Washer and soundproof Windows.

Consists of Two separated spacious Bedrooms with high quality extra beds with best comfort.

Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores and underground.

Around the corner you will find the famous shopping street Landstrasse, Botanical Garden and Belvedere Palace.

For example you can reach the Vienna Opera House which is located in the very centre of Vienna only with one tram within Minuets.

ATM/Bank and Post office are in front of the door to our apartment.

In addition to providing you best quality, inexpensive apartment in the heart of the city, we will also be able to provide other useful information and services to make your journey to Vienna an enjoyable one

Equipement de l'appartement

Dommage que l'equipement de l'appartement soit minimaliste. Pas de commode dans les chambres pour ranger nos vêtements surtout dans la petite chambre où il n'y avait pas de lampes de chevets. Dans la cuisine manque une cruche à eau, deux verres a pied pour le vin ( il n'y avait que deux pour 4), l'armoire de la grand chambre n'est pas pratique.

Bien situé , l'appartement est facile d'accès pour visiter le centre de Vienne.

Accueil correct et explications efficaces. Appartement rénové aux vastes pièces, fidèle à la description. Super bien situé pour venir de l'aéroport avec le S7 et pour se rendre au centre ville ou aux musées avec le tram 71. Grandes surfaces proches pour faire les courses. Petit plus à améliorer : le grand lit qui grince et pourquoi un micro onde. Très bon séjour.

Magnifique séjour à Vienne

Appartement très grand et très propre. Salle de bains et cuisine rénovées. Bien situé. Ascenseur. Le tram à la porte pour se rendre dans le centre historique. Supermarché à proximité. Le proprio extrêmement sympathique, parle anglais et est très avenant. Excellent choix.

Localisation parfaite, à 10 minutes du centre, commerces à proximité, accès train, métro et tram proche de l'immeuble. L'appartement propre était conforme même mieux que prévu surtout la salle de bain. Chauffage top et c'est important quand on séjourne en février. Cuisine bien équipée. Propriétaire accueillant, parlant anglais.Documentation à disposition. Bon conseil concernant la possibilité d'accéder à un parking à un prix abordable. Linge de maison et essuie à l'arrivée. Wifi top. Accès à TV5 Monde. A y retournera. :-)

Einfache Einrichtung, Lage unschlagbar

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist fantastisch: man kommt schnell überall hin, ob S- oder Straßenbahn. Auch mit Kind war es mit Aufzug und ebenerdigem Hinterausgang gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist spartanisch und alles etwas abgenutzt. Die Hygiene war okay: vor allem das Geschirr musste definitiv nochmal gespült werden vor dem ersten Nutzen, Krümel im Wohnzimmer an allen unverrückten Möbeln und die Fliesen im Bad sind definitiv schon länger nicht mehr geputzt worden. Der Kontakt war aber freundlich und unkompliziert.

great location!

This property had it all - the tram line just outside the door, near Salm Restaurant and Brewery, a couple of blocks from the botanical garden and a few steps to a grocery store. We were able to catch the tram for 2 euros to the historic center to listen to incredible music, shop great shops and eat fantastic food.The kitchen was functional and was the better stocked with dishes and pans and had a clothes washer. The host made time to go over everything with us when we checked in, which was very helpful and he even called a cab for us to catch our train.

Nice, large space

This was a very nice, large, clean space. It was nice that the host met us there to introduce us to the property and let us in. It would have been nice to have a few more amenities and more furniture/luggage racks, lamps in the bedrooms.

The location was good. The beds were not comfortable at all. There were only 3 thin towels for 3 women. There was trouble with hot water (often cold). The flat was advertised with two bathrooms but in reality there is only 1 toilet in the powder room, and the shower room has no toilet. Kitchen was sparse. Could have used an iron and microwave. There was almost no soap in the kitchen and there were dirty dishes left.

Lovely two night stay

My friend and I were traveling in Vienna for the first time and the apartment provide the perfect location for us to see the city with ease and rest comfortably at the end of the day. It was very spacious and the AirCon was a huge help for the very hot summer days. The hosts were also very communicative and helpful throughout our time.

El anuncio indica aire acondicionado y en la sala no se cuenta con este, fuimos en época calurosa y ni abriendo ventanas se refrescaba, además se metían los moscos y el ruido. Los muebles que aparecen en la imagen no son los que tuvimos. Las recámaras tienen aire acondicionado pero hay un solo control remoto de manera que era incomodo levantarse a media noche para pedir el control en la otra Recámara tecapara apagar el aire

Great location and value but would hesitate to recommend

Very well located with easy access to transport, grocery, restaurants, etc. A very good value for the price per night given the central location. Host was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Hesitation to recommend is based on a few things. Check in is 3pm and requests to check in or leave bags early was not allowed. All other places we have stayed have allowed us to drop bags and manage the red eye day without toting bags. There was no dryer as suggested, just a drying rack. The air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms, so the front sitting room was not cooled. Hot water for showers was limited, with no hot water on our check out day. There are not 2 bathrooms as indicated. There is one bathroom that has been located in 2 rooms. Toilet in one room, sinks and bath/shower in the other. Because of the low price you have to understand that you are going to settle and not have many niceties or comforts. One small towel per guest. Furniture, including beds that you accept and make the best of and it does not all match what is in the photos. No facial tissues or napkins, or paper towels. So, if you are renting an apartment to have a working kitchen and a place to relax and spend some time at the end of a day, this is not the right place. If you want an affordable, well located, alternative to a hotel with limited luxury and a late check in, this is the place for you.

Bright and spacious

The property had the best of old world charm and modern updates. It was clean, spacious, and the check in was very smooth. It was a straightforward walk to the city center and very close to Belvadere Palace and train station.

Location Great!

This apartment was perfectly located, central to so much; close to the train station, restaurants, tram stops, etc. it was slightly hard to find as the main entrance is left of a store entrance. The apartment itself was furnished with what we needed. Mani was very accommodating & responsive. The apartment is in a residential building so we were informed to keep noise level down so as to not generate complaints. We were so tired at the end of the day that that was fine by us. I like the separate toilet room from the shower room. That was super helpful for a family with 3 teen girls.
