When one goes to 4 star hotel and pay 150 euro, he expect to have warm water in the shower. There was not! The reception staff didn't particularly care.

Hotel Leon d'Oro
Price was ok, but the hotel/room poorly maintained. In the room, the heating could not be regulated by the thermostat, the water pressure was not sufficient for the rain shower to work, and the wifi was fine in the lobby but not functional in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and fine.
