The manager of the hotel was a real professional. Attentive and helpful at all times. He was very thorough and helpful to my wife and I for our whole stay. Really enjoyed our time there and as a bonus he's a real Rugby fan.
Fantastic location and friendly staff. Quiet rooms and lovely roof top bar
.Nice Hotel, services was excellent, great location, hotel in perfect condition, looks like more than 4 stars, front desk excellent very helpful, breakfast was great, amazing experience, highly recommend, definitely we will stay here again
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was sufficient. Would have loved tea/coffee facilities in the room. Perfect location for anything.
A bright, spacious and quiet apartment in the heart of Verona.
An easy walk to the central piazza, very varied buffet breakfast, helpful staff with an excellent restaurant reservation
Good location 1 block from central square, near arena. Many restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Comfortable rooms, but minimal soundproofing so street noise (cars and karaoke) loud. Very clean, great breakfasts included.
I loved the key card slots, you hit a button for do not disturb instead of messing around with a door knob hanger. The breakfast had plenty of gluten free options!
