"They were renovating the premises which I understand but I feel they should have put us on another floor as the floor I was on was the one being renovated. I left the room and when I came back there was a couch in the room that wasn’t there before and workers kept knocking to come in and replace chairs. The bathroom door didn’t close or lock. The staff was great. I just think management needed to think things through a little better. "

"The property was so clean, smell so good and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious especially the muffins . I enjoyed my stay ❤️"

"This hotel needs a serious update. The carpet is horrible and the furniture is worn out. I needed some simple help from the staff and I did not get any answer, I had to take care of it by myself."

"They do have breakfast which is a great plus. Staff is decent but didn’t have a lot of interaction. My bedding did have a very strong urine smell which I am curious how they would miss it when they were putting the sheets on."

"Have stayed here many times and the room are clean beds comfortable. The only thing was the refrigerator was not turned on and I did not know it. Would help if they left it on for the guest."

"It was just as expected but fair warning: no ride shares in the area so if you’re looking to get sauced at a restaurant nearby pack some walking shoes. Also the tap water runs less than clear, leaving dark specks of grit in the sink. Kinda nasty. Rinse after brushing with a bottle of water or something. Shower seemed ok though. Good parking situation."

"Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Took a while to check in as no one manning the front desk. Waited around 15 mins. Breakfast nice, good selection. Fresh and topped up. Nice touch of hot refreshments available all day. Good location, wouldn’t have said Woodbury outlets were a 1 min walk or walkable - there is a trail but it’s not great. Shops like Aldi and Forever 21 are walkable. Safe area. Shuttle from hotel to outlets but didn’t use"

"Staff was not very professional, guests were playing music in the hallways at 1am and yelling loudly from room to room. Room was decent, however pillows were very thin and small."
