« The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! »

« Owner was very communicative. House was clean. The only thing that was an extreme nuisance was an infestation of Asian Beetles. They look like lady bugs but are not. We were freaked out by them and my little daughter was petrified. Apparently, they are common in that location. »

« Location was convenient as we were visiting family nearby. The condo not having stairs was desirable as we had a handicapped family member staying with us. There was a bit of a mix-up with instructions for check-in as I received checkout instructions instead. Gerry responded immediately to my phone call request for a lock box code to obtain the the key to get in to the condo. The directions for driving to the condo were a bit confusing as they suggest you GPS to a nearby hotel location and then...

« Host sent detailed communication prior to check in with all the information we would need. The host was also very responsive with an issue of a possible left item after the trip. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location next to the mountain was perfect and the view was of one of the runs! Located directly next to the pools/hot tubs/sauna so the whole family was very happy after a day if skiing. »

« Me, my partner and another couple stayed here for a summer weekend, the accommodations were so cozy, everything provided was great! The kitchen was fully equipped and we had pleasant breakfasts in the mornings, we went for the waterpark right around the corner, and we hope to return for the winter season. We all loved the stay! »

« Beautiful property, nicely situated being able to view the hot tub, sauna area, and edge of ski lifts. Some great games to keep busy on a cozy day in or chilly night like when it was in the teens while we were there next to the fireplace. Only downside was few glasses other than coffee mugs that matched, one solo 16oz glass, and a glass cappuccino cup, remaining glasses were all mugs. One of the seats was replaced at the kitchen table, not an issue for us at all, it was unclear when the chair...
