The parking was horrendous. I had to park on the curb and l was blocked in by some big ___ truck!!! I reported it to the front desk and they blew me off. If you pick this hotel because of the hot breakfast, think again. Very weak breakfast selection. I stayed there three days, will not make that mistake again!!!

We stayed here a few years prior and came back to find the quality has gone downhill. Extremely neglected facilities are apparent. The tiles in the pool are brown and black with mold and the water has had so much chlorine dumped in it’s cloudy, instead of being drained and cleaned. The room bathroom had similarly dirty shower and lots of hairs in the towels. Staff was inattentive and difficult to communicate with. There were a couple street urchins checking door handles in the parking lot, which the hotel can’t control but it’s in a less frequented street end which in the evening feels very vulnerable to car thieves. Wouldn’t recommend.

An orange juice dispenser that gave you coloured water. Hot breakfast containers whose lids did not open completely. Eager house cleaning staff that were entering your room at 9:00am when you hadn’t got all your stuff out to the car yet. Hotel sign that faces the highway but is hidden by surrounding trees so that the hotel.is difficult to find. Maybe that’s a good thing!

My children and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, fitness room, and quiet accommodation. There was a nice grassy lawn on the side to walk our dog.

I book to that date 5-6 just 1 night. And called them 2 days before that date i asked them if we can check in earlier coz we are coming 10 hrs away and we attend a wedfing at 1 pm on May 5, but they say we need to $120 for just 4 hrs earlier than the regular check in, but how can we change our cloths if wecheck in at 3 pm, its very inconvenient, thats why we went to a different hotel

Would be 5 stars as nice staff and nice hot tub jets and clean and a nice breakfast but the bed was quite hard and firm. Was a bit hard on my back. Tv too was a good size and in high def. Overall though...thanks! (:

Only feedback is the Exercise Room was not ventilated very well and the temperature was not regulated in there - it had a thermostat and a heating/cooling unit, but, they did not work. It was very very warm and muggy in there. Cleaning supplies and towels were also not supplied....it looked like it may usually but it was all bare. I very much enjoyed this property otherwise; rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast was excellent.

We were a family of four that stayed in one room. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Rooms were clean. Beds were nice and comfortable . Lots of parking. Breakfast had all the . usual: coffee, juices, fruits, baked goods and some warm dishes. Cons: some mold in the bathtub that could easily be cleaned. We wiill come back if in the area again

Shower head in suite # 112 sprays out on the floor and is stiff to adjust for shorter people like my wife . Would be more economical to have a hand held shower head . Also the sink shut off valves above the fridge area drip constantly unless you pay attention and turn them very hard when you try and shut them off . Other than those two items above was very nice . Was in Vernon for a total knee replacement surgery .

The check in was good friendly girl at the desk. Our room was was clean and comfortable. We were not impressed with the breakfast. we filled our bowls with cereal only to be told they have NO MILK ! So we thought we would have eggs, there was only dry scraps left. only 2 sausage left and a few hashbrowns. Service was poor as no one was there to refill the dishes.
