"Check in was horrible. Got to the front desk and they had no record of my reservation. Waited 20 minutes for them to sort it all out. I was embarrassed and stressed. "

"As soon as I walked in to give my name for check in I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The only thing that happened while we were there was the elevator got stuck and stayed out of order both days but we managed with the stairs. I hated that for everyone. Overall a great place to stay great views and I would definitely recommend. "

"Breakfast and property was really nice.. great view & very relaxing.. But the carpet was flithy.. I had to throw away socks & it flared the 2 year old allergies up so bad he started to break out.. Couldn’t run around or play on the floor.."

"Great view of the beach and ocean. It was the reason I selected this hotel and the views exceeded my expectations. The room was in need of renovations. Water seeping up from the floor (and I was on the second floor). No towels in the room, but I snagged some from the pool area rather than wait for someone to deliver them. The kitchenette was nice and I could have made myself more comfortable with a run to the store. "
