"Lovely off the beaten path stay. Walkable to what DeFunial Sorings is all about: the round lake surrounded by historic homes. The nearby restaurants were outstanding."

"We probably won't be back. You could see sunlight coming in around the motel door. Had requested 2 Queen beds. The beds are just doubles. But they were clean. No Continental breakfast. No coffeemaker. Had to request a microwave, and a remote for the T.V. The owner did supply those items, once asked. They're "Pet Friendly", but they do charge a fee."

"Our television didn't work but it was a low budget hotel and it seemed safe and clean."

"I thought the incidentals $100.00 was way too high for a Red Roof. The average is normally 50.00 or less. I stay at hotels on a weekly basis for work. The room was very dim should use LED lights to make it brighter and the furniture and can updated. "

"Honestly we were only inside for sleeping. We spent the entire time out on either the deck or on the screened in porch. My mom called the screened in part her little tree house, because it felt more like being in the trees due to how the property sits. Even though all the beautiful oaks & magnolia trees block a full view of the lake from the porches, you only have to wander over to the pavilion, fire pit or dock to take in it’s beauty. So many wonderful memories my momma & her sisters made as they reunited for the first time in several years. Thank you for opening your home to us."
